**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are undertaking a substantial business transformation, and this role comes with tremendous opportunity for impact on both the business and HR function.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner is a key member of the Skjodt
- Barrett Human Resources team and will take a lead role in visibly transforming the employee experience. Partnering with leaders in the business, you'll be working with our HR Team members in Canada and the US to strengthen and develop our core HR processes and practices. This position will play a critical role in implementing and executing a People Strategy that will propel our talent, our business, and our HR Team

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TO**:

- Lead and manage initiatives that will enhance our workplace culture, employee experience, and business performance.
- Partner with the business to understand their priorities, challenges, and people needs, and co-create solutions in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Advise and support leaders in driving high performance with their teams, including performance reviews, feedback, and coaching, promotions, and career development.
- Build capability in our leaders, helping them develop and flex their coaching and leadership skills.
- Partner with talent acquisition resources to support strategic hiring needs and plan.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our service delivery by improving and streamlining our processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive impactful change.

- 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience, ideally with some manufacturing industry and/or working with both hourly and salaried employees.
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and fostering positive relationships with leaders and people both in the office and on the production floor.
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario Employment Law. US Employment knowledge is an asset.
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field.
- CHRP designation an asset.
- Can commit to working 2 days a week from the Brampton Office.

- The salary rage for this role is $100k - $125k CAD plus 10% bonus.
