**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Lead an engaged and experienced team of 20(+) technical salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers
- Assume all HR responsibilities of the Methods & NC Programming team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities
- Ensure the conformity of methods processes and method agents training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System
- Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities
- Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate your team’s activities across other functions within the organization
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system
- Coach your team to develop their talent within the organization
- Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have experience with detail part manufacturing (Machined part, Sheet metal, Composite or surface treatment) and aircraft structural assemblies
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a Methods or Quality team
- You have minimum of five (5) years of experience
- You have excellent management skills.
- You have good judgment, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines
- You have extraordinary flexibility and are passionate about non-recurring work activities
- You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken
- You have previous project management experience, would be an asset
