The Shining Through Centre is a recognized leader in the field of autism, providing service excellence in therapy, education, research, and awareness to children and youth with autism and their families. We provide intensive, comprehensive, and individualized therapeutic and educational programs to each of our learners based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

**Position Summary**

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**
- In collaboration with the Supervising Therapists, develop and implement additional procedures and processes for RBT Supervision to improve on existing organizational structures.
- Provide supervision to Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBT), ensuring the minimum 5% supervisory requirements are met
- Complete all supervision paperwork required as per the BCBA
- Support staff training for new and existing staff
- Provide scheduled programming for client in the absence of an Instructor Therapist, as needed

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Active BCBA/BCaBA designation, or pursuing BCBA/BCaBA supervision hours, required with at least 1 year experience at an IBI centre preferred
- Natural ability to interact with children, with the ability to work with a variety of children on the autism spectrum, at different functioning levels
- Must display energy and creativity
- Critical thinking skills, with strong analytical abilities
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet scheduling commitments
- Strong leadership skills to include conflict resolution, coaching, and training
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully adapt and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Experience with ER/Mindfulness/Executive Functioning/Vocational Training/Sex Education is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
