**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service by supporting the front-of-house staff. This position involves assisting servers with various tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
- Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Refill drinks, provide bread or condiments as needed, and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Support food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and standards.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Basic bartending skills are a plus but not required.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
