**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients by maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring they can participate in social activities and appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their unique needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations while providing care.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or support roles is preferred; experience in senior care, assisted living, or patient care is highly valued.
- Familiarity with dementia care or hospice care practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a safe environment for clients.
- Certification as a nurse or related healthcare qualification is advantageous but not required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as per company policy.
