**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about data and using data to make evidence-based business decisions. This person has strong change management abilities and seeks to use these in conjunction with their analytical skills to develop reports to influence change. They should have a very high level of understanding with regards to excel, managing projects and data relationships. This person will report to the Production Planning Manager.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Must be an expert in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project software programs
- Must have superior knowledge in data relationships and database management
- Must understand lean manufacturing and process planning
- Must have demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; detail-oriented
- Adept at identifying needs or areas of improvement and able to independently create and implement solutions to address these challenges
**REQUIRMENTS**:
- Business degree or management diploma
- Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- 6-12 months of project management experience
**PREFERRED**:
- Knowledge of flexographic production equipment
- Lean six sigma certifications
- SQL and Tableau (or similar program) programing experience
