- We are currently seeking a _**Manager - Product Group**_ _to lead a dynamic team of customer service representatives, project managers, and coordinators. This critical role will help drive our continued growth by ensuring excellence in customer experience and operational execution across multiple product lines._

**Position Overview**

As Manager - Product Group, you will oversee the customer service and project management functions for Trylon’s Custom, Stocked Product, and Electrical Transmission & Distribution lines. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing, customer-centric team, while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless support and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the strategic execution of product lifecycle management, including new product introduction, improvement initiatives, and end-of-life planning.
- Direct and support the customer service and project management teams, aligning activities with business objectives.
- Contribute to sales planning and budgeting processes, with a focus on revenue growth and margin optimization.
- Evaluate market trends and customer insights to identify and recommend new product opportunities.
- Oversee quoting and estimating processes for custom solutions, ensuring pricing accuracy and profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and marketing to enhance product value and performance.
- Prepare and present monthly reporting on product KPIs, financial performance, and forecasts.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by addressing escalated concerns and gathering customer feedback.
- Represent Trylon at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales, project management, or customer service teams.
- Telecommunications or infrastructure industry experience is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with experience interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, sales metrics, and cost analysis.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement and attend industry events.
