**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with meal preparation and ensure they have access to nutritious food.
- Assist individuals with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Help manage medication schedules and ensure proper administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in health status to appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in patient care, nursing homes, hospice care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- A background in home care services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families are essential.
- A caring attitude combined with patience and empathy towards those in need of support is crucial for success in this role.
