**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Cleaning Tasks**:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, shelves, and fixtures.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- **Restroom Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- **Kitchen/Breakroom Cleaning**:

- Wipe down countertops, tables, and appliances.
- Ensure dishes are cleaned, and garbage is removed.
- **Deep Cleaning Tasks**:

- Clean windows, blinds, and light fixtures as required.
- Shampoo carpets or wax floors as scheduled.
- **General Maintenance Duties**:

- Monitor and report any damage, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Replace light bulbs and perform minor fixes when needed.
- **Other Tasks**:

- Maintain janitorial supplies and restock when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including handling cleaning chemicals properly.
- Provide additional cleaning support for events or emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but training can be provided.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Other Requirements**:

- **Have your own vehicle.**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license (if required for travel).
- Ability to pass a background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
