**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate footwear based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain product knowledge of current products.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred, particularly in retail sales.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail technology is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
