We are looking for positive, passionate full and part time, butchers/meat cutters to join our small team. If you don't have butchery experience, restaurant/culinary experience is definately an asset. Most of our team started in restaurants

General requirements:

- Meat cutting (beef / pork / lamb / chicken)
- Processing meat products (sausage making, grinds, slicing bacon, etc).
- Case setting and providing exceptional customer service.
- Receiving and processing deliveries and rotating stock.
- Food Handlers Certificate is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly is required.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours/day.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, positive and passionate attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Perform duties efficiently, as assigned.
- Engage with customers to offer cooking tips, product suggestions, and answer questions.
