**This is a 100% commission-based role.**
There is **no base salary**. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and confident in their ability to generate and close business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and professional advice
- Prospect, generate leads, and close new business
- Maintain high client retention through exceptional service
- Use CRM, quoting, and digital workflow systems efficiently
- Work independently while collaborating with internal support teams

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in an insurance sales role
- **Valid OTL or RIBO license (required)**:

- Proven sales ability with a client-first mindset
- Strong understanding of personal and/or commercial lines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and insurance quoting platforms
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is an asset
- Familiarity with insurance marketing strategies is a plus

**Important Note**

This role is **strictly commission-based** and is ideal for professionals who are comfortable with variable income, motivated by performance, and interested in building a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.

Pay: $37,603.37-$120,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moncton, NB E1C 5N2
