**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, using Tracker 11 Software.
- Process patient information and verify insurance details efficiently.
- Assist in managing the daily schedule for dental providers to optimize patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with medical and dental standards to maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; experience Tracker 11 is a plus..
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
