Assembly Worker

Bach-Run Farms is a family-owned new and used farm equipment dealer and manufacturer just outside of Millbank, ON. We specialize in new farm equipment (gravity wagons, hay wagons, grain carts, land rollers), and agriculture tires. At Bach-Run, we look to satisfy our customers’ equipment and tire needs by offering good customer service and stocking a large inventory.

At Bach-Run, we do most of our new equipment assembly on-site, so as a team member, you will have the opportunity to build new farm equipment from the ground up. If you love working with your hands and facing new challenges every day, this job may be for you. Bach-Run offers a fast-paced work environment with jobs and tasks that change daily.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Equipment assembly (ie. Gravity & hay wagons, running gears, and other farm equipment.)
- Mounting and repairing agriculture tires
- Use of power tools (ie. portable grinders, impacts, plasma cutter, welder)
- Minor equipment repairs
- Workplace housekeeping

**Qualified Applicants will possess**:

- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess good verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate quality workmanship and good work ethic.
- Must have your own transportation to and from work.
- Some degree of farm equipment is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
