**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Implement best practices for residential cleaning to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, enhancing the overall service provided to clients.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.
