Delta, Canada National Forming Systems Full time

We are 30 year old established Company located in the Tilbury Business Park here in Delta. We are offering a Full-Time Permanent position in a great work environment.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machinist with a minimum of three years experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties would require the usage of several machines i.e....Lathe, Drills, Milling, Iron Working and Band saw
- Can read and interpret blueprints
- Familiar with gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
- Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
- Fabricating and shaping parts (Aluminum and Steel)
- Properly and safely select, align, secure and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
- General maintenance and up keep machinery and equipment
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift heavy parts as necessary (50Lbs)
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong English language verbal and written skills
- Maintain shop area and equipment as required
- Forklift experience would be an asset, but not necessary

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
