**Job Summary**
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic individual to join our Optometric team. You must excel in customer service, be described as a team player, have good organizational abilities, and be eager to learn new skills.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and coordinating schedules.
- Updating patient files
- Operate pretesting equipment including Autorefractor ,Non Contact Tonometer, Visual field tests and retinal imaging.
- Ensuring patients feel comfortable before, during, and after pretesting
- Strong computer skills a must.
- Ability to pull and file away patient files quickly and accurately
- Ability to do day end bookkeeping and accounting
- Other administrative duties as required
- Assisting patients with visual field, contact lens inventory, and contact lens training.

The ability to multitask is essential
Previous experience in a Medical or Optometric office preferred
**Job Type**: Permanent.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
