Capital Windows and Snow is looking for a snow removal worker to join our team

We are looking for reliable, motivated, hard workers who are safety orientated. You will be working outside, removing snow from commercial and residential properties.

**Duties**
- Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery in adverse weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding job status and any issues encountered during operations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Remove Snow with backpack blowers, snow blowers, or hand tools
- Communicate with team members through WhatsApp
- Take photos of completed work
- Ability to use Jobber to clock in/out and add job notes
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 100 lbs

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
