**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our (small but dynamic) team

Water Depot is Ontario's leading retail provider of Water Treatment Equipment and Purified Drinking Water

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Position is a key holder and responsible for open / close procedures, daily cleaning and ability to work alone.
- Shifts time vary and include rotating Saturday work.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase store revenue.
- Maintain organized displays and inventory levels while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills by prioritizing tasks during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, utilizing phone etiquette when necessary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
- Ability to lift upto 40lbs required.
- Ability to work alone in store setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
