**Main Duties**:

- Manage client accounts and relationship
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, resources, and recommend the appropriate solutions to satisfy their demands
- Assist clients with understanding and adopting new technology
- Acts as a support and escalation point for client support teams within the company, protecting relationships and revenue
- Plan and facilitate strategy meetings, and other initiatives in support of service team
- Project Management - Oversee and manage Professional Services projects for our clients
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of ActiveCo.
- Provide insights and reporting to clients to ensure that they get the most out of the service, and team members to ensure client initiatives are effectively supported.
- Conduct business review meetings with assigned client group
- Work with management to develop proposals.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage client expectations.
- Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Conduct onsite/offsite meetings as well as train/communicate our clients on technical procedures.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer success or business strategy role
- Previous experience in a technology services environment is preferred
- Client relationship management experience
- An ability to connect on a human level with people at all levels at ActiveCo. and our clients’ organisations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organisational skills; both analytical and problem solving
- A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion around sensitive client and contract issues
- Project management experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation is required

Salary Range - $48,000 - $55,000 (plus commissions)

This is not a technical position and you will not be required to do any technical troubleshooting. You do not need to worry about your ability to solve technical issues for clients.
