Ice Patch Hollow Indoor Playground is currently seeking a part-time Playground team member to join our friendly AND fun team working Saturdays and Sundays. The job requirements would be both Saturdays and Sundays.

We are looking for a team player who is customer focused, able to keep their head up in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and who understand the importance of an amazing family experience when visiting our playground
Reporting directly to the Playground Supervisor, the attendant will be responsible along with the team to ensure that the business runs smoothly and everything is cared and look after.

Responsibilities will include:

- greeting guests in a timely fashion, determining their needs and taking their payments for tickets and snack bar items.
- ensuring that the snack bar area is kept clean and organized and that stock is replenished as needed.
- ensuring guests are served their food in a professional and friendly manner.
- checking in with guests regarding their experience
- explaining and enforcing the playground rules for all areas to our guests.
- ensuring that all areas of Ice Patch Hollow are kept clean and tidy.
- 1 year of experience working in a customer service position, retail (food or coffee industry preferred), daycare or similar experience working with children.
- Completion of or enrollment in an approved college diploma program in early childhood education (ECE) would be an asset
- Certifications in First aid, Food handling, WHMIS, and CPR would also be an asset.
- Experience working with a POS system would be an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
