Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or retirement is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and experience with senior care is a plus but not essential
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals with physical or cognitive impairments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
