**Position Overview**:
Conducts and processes all clerical tasks related to the patients period of hospitalization within the unit/ program area in collaboration with the patient care team members.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as Unit Clerk.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.).

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Grade 12 minimum.
- Completion of a recognized Unit Clerk course required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Written and verbal command of the English Language essential.
- Good communication skills essential.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships within a team environment essential.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks.
