**Requirements**:

- Ability to Manage staff and delegate responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain exceptional product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Successfully deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Work with customers to determine their needs and provide advice about merchandise
- Process sales transactions, operate cash register and manage POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Preferred Skills and Proficiencies**:

- Proven successful experience as a retail Manager

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
