Chermark Renovations Inc. is experiencing fast growth and high demand for our quality work. Are you an experienced carpenter looking to join a dynamic team where your skills are valued and rewarded? We’re hiring We are looking for an experienced renovator/carpenter to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, who is reliable, dedicated, self-motivated with strong communication skills and values honesty and attention to detail. The majority of our work is in home renovations and new additions. We work hard, take pride in our finished product and have a little fun along the way.

All supplies and tools will be provided. You will be responsible for your own transportation to each job site.

Successful applicants should be able to perform the following tasks:

- Framing
- Drywall and Drywall Finishing
- Finished Carpentry
- Flooring Installation ( Vinyl, Laminate, Hardwood, Tile, Etc.)
- Miscellaneous Renovation Tasks
- Operate power tools and machinery with expertise and safety in mind.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar renovation/construction position

Ability to read and interpret blueprints to execute precise construction projects.
- Ability to manage and organize a crew to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their vision becomes reality
- Ability to work independently
- Oversee trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and goal oriented
- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge in other trades is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
