All supplies and tools will be provided. You will be responsible for your own transportation to each job site.

Successful applicants should be able to perform the following tasks:

- Framing
- Drywall and Drywall Finishing
- Finished Carpentry
- Flooring Installation ( Vinyl, Laminate, Hardwood, Tile, Etc.)
- Miscellaneous Renovation Tasks
- Operate power tools and machinery with expertise and safety in mind.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar renovation/construction position

Ability to read and interpret blueprints to execute precise construction projects.
- Ability to manage and organize a crew to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their vision becomes reality
- Ability to work independently
- Oversee trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and goal oriented
- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge in other trades is a bonus.
