We are seeking a Financial Product Support & Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our investment product offerings. In this role, you will support our sales team by providing technical expertise on financial products and developing strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager to deliver compelling presentations, enhance product awareness, and contribute to the execution of our business plan, all while helping us expand our client network and deepen engagement with prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Present and sell financial products effectively by quickly identifying key selling points and confidently engaging sales team members and clients.
- Foster relationships with existing contacts and develop new connections from warm leads to strengthen client networks and drive sales.
- Attend support calls, in-person meetings, and host product seminars to support the sales process.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment products, gathering data to assess their viability and suitability for our clients.
- Prepare investment product summaries and presentations to assist the Head of Investments in pitching to the Investment Committee.
- Review and analyze performance and risk profiles of existing investment products, making recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and integrate insights into the investment product strategy.
- Participate in the development, monitoring, and execution of the Business Plan, collaborating with internal teams and asset manager clients.
- Collaborate with asset managers to align on Business Plan execution and maintain ongoing communication.
- Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to track and analyze performance against business goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a client-facing financial services role (e.g., financial sales, financial advisory, or wholesaling). 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate product value and deliver persuasive, clear presentations.
- Demonstrated sales mindset with the ability to effectively prioritize business development goals.
- Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a consultative, proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM tools and familiarity with investment research databases.
- Ability to prioritize time effectively, balancing tasks to work both on and in the business.
- Positive, self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable team player with strong resilience and goal orientation.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
