**What We’re Looking For**:
This role is perfect for someone with a **critical thinking approach**, an **entrepreneurial mindset**, and **technical abilities** in fabrication and design.

You’ll be working in a **job shop environment** — meaning no two days are the same. Instead of repetitive production, you’ll tackle **custom builds, repairs, retrofits, and one-off projects** for a variety of industries.

We’re also looking for someone who can think like a **process engineer** — analyzing how work gets done and finding better ways to do it. That means identifying bottlenecks, suggesting new tools or techniques, and improving efficiency without sacrificing quality.

**Skills & Experience That Are a Plus**:

- Welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication
- Plasma cutting and/or waterjet operation
- Fusion 360 or other CAD software for basic design & modification
- Experience with band saws, brake presses, CNC, and other fabrication tools
- General mechanical assembly skills with grinders, drills, wrenches, etc.
- Prior experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process engineering
