Residential Cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness for clients.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide hospitality services by ensuring homes are welcoming and tidy for residents and guests.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients, addressing any concerns promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- A customer service-oriented mindset to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for additional household support tasks.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
