We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Management Instructor to join our team and inspire the next generation of business leaders.

As an instructor, you will deliver our comprehensive 64-week diploma program, designed to provide students with a strong foundation in marketing, accounting, operations, and communications. You will guide students through hands-on projects and real-world business simulations, equipping them with the essential skills and industry insights needed for career success. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures and workshops on core business topics, including leadership, finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.
- Facilitate hands-on projects and business simulations to provide students with practical, real-world experience.
- Provide personalized support and mentorship to students, fostering an environment of empowerment and success.
- Assess student learning through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains market-driven and relevant.
- Prepare students for job readiness by integrating practical skills and knowledge of industry-standard software.

Qualifications and Skills
- A degree or diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field with IT integration.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Commerce, or Management with IT or Analytics specialization.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in roles such as Business Manager, Project Manager, HR Manager, or Financial Analyst with exposure to CRM, ERP, or Business Analytics tools.
- Previous teaching, corporate training, or mentorship experience is highly desirable. Teaching experience integrating IT-driven business practices (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce).
- Expert knowledge of business operations, strategic decision-making, and key functional areas (marketing, accounting, HR).
- Exceptional presentation, leadership, digital literacy skills, communication and interpersonal skills,

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
