Project Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced business and project development professional in North America for supporting our team in Montreal. This position will promote and implement client relationships and marketing activities, collaborating closely with the leadership to increase project development opportunities and maximize revenue and profitability for the business. This is senior role and will report directly to the Director - Sedgman Novopro.

**What does this role involve?**
- Supporting project development activities
- Leadership of multi-discipline teams delivering multiple studies
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to support project and business development opportunities
- Engage with clients at operating facilities
- Maintain existing contacts and develop new contacts (internal and external) to ensure relationships develop.
- Lead the pursuit, study, engagement or tender to support continued growth

Mainly Montreal office based with expected client and site visits.

**What are we looking for in our future team member?**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Process, Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical) or similar directly applicable technical qualification
- P-Eng registration
- Minimum 10-years' business and project development experience in the minerals processing and resource sector preferably with exposure to critical minerals sectors.
- Strong industry contacts and connections, as well as a demonstrable portfolio of project development successes within a recognised service provision firm
- Significant recent experience in delivering services on projects in mineral processing / resource sector
- Extensive business / commercial experience with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven capability in management and preparation of tenders and proposals.

Effective communication style including the ability to plan and deliver quality reports, proposals & bids.
