**Insurance Broker Support - Personal Lines Insurance**

**Location: Listowel**

**Department: Personal Lines**

**Description**

We are looking for an energetic, professional to join our Listowel/Gorrie team in this entry level, full-time, document processing position.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process all new business, cancellations, endorsements, reinstatements and renewals.
- Update Client information in broker management system
- Provide support for account managers as required
- Prepare client invoices and billing material
- Provide support for reception as required

**Prerequisites**
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

The following additional qualifications are helpful, although not mandatory:

- Previous experience in a Personal Lines environment
- High school diploma and a valid RIBO License.
- Experience with Power Broker and Compuquote

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
