**Reporting to the Administrative Director, Adolescent Services, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for**:
- Overall quality of care and patient safety of the services
- Developing and evaluating services
- Providing leadership and coordinating the interprofessional team
- managing human resources, including recruitment, career development, and performance management
- Providing leadership in team planning, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Assuming a lead role in quality improvement initiatives in alignment with the strategic directions of the Centre.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Having financial responsibility for developing and monitoring the budget
- Being responsible for the identification and development of educational requirements and for providing clinical supervision
of members of the clinical team, in collaboration with Professional Practice Leaders.

to adolescents who are identified as requiring our services, and continuously ensure that the focus of our services remains
achieving excellence in all aspects of our service delivery on both a strategic and operational level. You must be able to work
in a collaborative, open and client-centered approach with patients, families, community stakeholders and staff of multiple
disciplines alike.
**Qualifications Required and Preferred**
- A Master’s degree in a health-related discipline preferred
- Must be a regulated Health Professional
- Exceptional experience at a managerial level and significant experience providing/managing clinical service delivery
- Extensive community development/partnership experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the management of budget and statistical data and managing in a unionized environment is a definite asset.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Preferred experience in child/adolescent mental health
**_KNOWLEDGE_**
- Responsible to recognize and report patient, staff, and environment safety issues, identify and implement preventative and corrective actions, within the scope of this role.
