Regina, Canada Authentic Stone Full time

Authentic Stone is a leader in the installation and fabrication of quartz and granite. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Fabricator/Polisher.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executes work orders as received.
- Ability to organize, schedule, and complete fabrication of stone products as received.
- Polishes and Fabricates materials efficiently to complete daily tasks and meet production requirements.
- Polish, grind, and miter stone granite and quartz by hand with manual tooling in a wet fabrication facility.
- Verify the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions.
- Ensures all shop equipment is maintained in good working order.
- The ability to read a tape measure and transfer fractions to decimals efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the construction industry would be a very strong asset.
- Ability to learn and retain information, multi-task, and work under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs +.
- Ability to work with many types of machinery and equipment is considered an asset.
- CNC Machine Proficiency is considered an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
