Are you passionate about skincare? Interested in eco-friendly skincare products and representing an industry-leading natural skincare brand? We are looking for YOU

Karma is casting for those with background in customer service, skincare and sustainability, to build a team of Ambassadors who will represent Burt’s Bees for a 3-week program starting March 11th across Canada

**Requirements**:

- Access to a vehicle
- Flexible schedule to conduct store-visits Monday-Wednesday between March 11th - March 27th
- Knowledge of natural skin care, ingredients and ability to talk to sustainability story of Burt's Bees

Each Ambassador will have an assigned list of stores in their area that they will need to visit between March 11-27th.

Schedule: March 11th - March 27th (3 weeks)

Training: A 2-hour paid training webinar will be provided by Burt’s Bees.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Provide a 1-hour education session at each store (script and training will be provided).

3. Educators will be required to assemble gift bags for each store.

4. Complete post-visit reporting on Google Forms. Must have a smartphone and access to data to complete reporting.

5. Nurture and maintain key client relationships, cultivating a “trusted partner” status.

Qualities:
1. Excellent people and team management skills

2. Time management skills

3. Verbal and written communication skills

4. Must have background in skincare, cosmetics, customer service

Pay Structure:
The exact breakdown per region will be communicated to you in the interview stages.

1. Hourly Rate - $25.00/hr/ per store visit (some store visits will be less than 1 hour). Ideally, you will be conducting 3-4 store visits per day depending on the region.

2. Gas - gas allowance will be provided. Exact amount will differ depending on the number of stores and the region.

4. Drive Time - 20 minutes per store + additional drive time for remote stores.

5. Training - 2-hour paid training webinar (attendance will be mandatory)
