**Job Overview**: As a Cook at Taglio, you will play a vital role in preparing a variety of delicious dishes that showcase our high-quality meats and ingredients. You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring that all meals are crafted to perfection while adhering to our standards of quality and hygiene. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for cooking and a desire to grow their culinary skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation and Cooking (70%)**:

- Prepare and cook various meat dishes and accompaniments according to established recipes.
- Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet Taglio’s quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work station during meal preparation.

**Hygiene and Safety (20%)**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.

**Team Collaboration (10%)**:

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy service times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Fluent in English and French.
