**Your Impact at PLATFORM**
- Act as support for Account Managers in coordination with Account Executives/Producers
- Own and be responsible for meeting or exceeding client expectations of PLATFORM
- Issue Liability Cards when requested
- Pull driving records when requested
- Create Summaries of Insurance for annual renewals.
- Set up new client files in EPIC ensuring each PLATFORM client is fully set up in EPIC including full Policy Detail
- Perform mid-term changes as requested/required by the broker
- Ensure proper use of software and portals
- Use Insurer Portals to Obtain Documents
- Request Policy Changes to Insurance Companies
- Ensure all activities, documents and correspondence are correct and inputted into EPIC
- Review and invoice all insurance endorsements consistent with PLATFORM’s rules and procedures
- Prepare Renewal Materials Including Summaries, Submissions, Applications and Renewal Comparisons
- Provide support to the Account Management / Account Executive team by checking policy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Execute the issuance of renewal documents, liability cards, invoices and all other relevant/required documentation
- Check EPIC Unrouted Attachments to assist Account Managers

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**
- RIBO License or working towards
- Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
