**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating hardware products.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assemble visual displays to promote products and seasonal changeovers.
- Document items to be reordered when inventory is low.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in sales, particularly in technical or hardware-related fields, is a plus.
- Ability to conduct product demos that highlight features and benefits.
- Organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and efficient.
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail environments is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to learning about new products and technologies in the hardware sector.
- Fast-learner.
- Strong work ethics and awareness in time-sensitive matters.
