**Job description**
**Distribution Business Manager for Oregon, Washington, and Western Canada (BC-MB)**
EPIC Technical Sales provides high technology companies with support in engineering, customer services, and sales in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada territories. We have built our business around Tier 1 companies enabling high-level and broad partnership with all of the major customers and distributors in our marketplaces.
- Build trust and respect with all of our channel distribution partners across the region
- Quarterback supplier engagement with distribution partners
- Understand the distribution marketplace and how EPIC and our suppliers can grow
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews with distribution for our suppliers
- Coordinate monthly opportunity reviews and training for distribution
- Work opportunities and quotes to provide support to convert to wins and orders
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably Engineering Background
- **Expertise in the field of RF devices and/or systems desired**
- 3+ year’s of sales experience in semiconductor industry
- Presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Work at all level of a customer organization, C-Level Executives through material management and design engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with partners
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Extremely well organized.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Excellent time and territory management skills
- Must be persuasive, sales driven, and a team player
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
