**Responsibilities**:

- Load, transport, and unload furniture and household items safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client belongings with care
- Follow company procedures for lifting, packing, and securing items
- Use **Forearm Forklifts, dollies, and moving straps** (no shoulder harnesses)
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Keep the truck **clean and organized** at all times
- Work closely with team members to ensure an efficient move

**Requirements**:

- Must be **physically fit** and able to lift heavy furniture (up to 100 lbs)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to a **fast-paced** environment
- **Valid Class 5 AB driver’s license** ( With a Clean 5 Year Commercial Drivers Abstract. )
- Experience in moving, general labor, or warehouse work is an **asset** but not required

**Career Progression & Pay Scale**:

- **Junior Mover** - $18-$20 per hour
- **Mover** - $20-$22 per hour
- **Lead Mover** - $22-$25 per hour
- **Senior Lead Mover** - $25-$28 per hour
