Women's Vita Medical Clinic is conveniently located on the second floor of the Millstone Medical Building, across from the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

This recently renovated space is bright, modern, and beautifully furnished. It offers 4 fully equipped exam rooms, a nursing station, and private office space.

The current Family Physician uses two exam rooms. This is a suitable opportunity for a Family Physician who is building a new practice, and/or a Physician who would like to sublet space for aesthetics, dermatology, etc. An interest in women's health would be ideal. This is a great turnkey opportunity Use of space, access to MOA and nursing staff to be discussed and agreement of overhead or sublet costs negotiated based on need.

For short locums (less or equal to 6 weeks): 28% overhead for full time, 30% overhead for part time
