**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with clients to assess their design preferences and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive design proposals that include mood boards, color schemes, and layout plans.
- Utilize design software to create visual representations of proposed designs.
- Source materials and furnishings that align with client budgets and preferences.
- Present design concepts to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
