**Job Summary**
MUST HAVE: Structural Steel Shop/ Welding Experience.

**Duties**
- Must have Crane experience
- Operate and monitor machinery during production runs to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents that occur.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment and processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial.
