**Journeyman/woman Technician**

We are looking for a Technician in beautiful Nelson B.C. If you are in Nelson or area and are willing to relocate, I would love to hear from you

Seeking highly motivated, Journeyman/woman Technician, must be;
- Experienced Licensed Red Seal Automotive Technician
- Perform work as assigned on work orders with efficiency, safety, and accuracy in accordance with dealership, factory, and regulatory standards
- Ability to diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunction and perform repairs as authorized in a timely manner
- Note any other repair, maintenance, or safety concerns observed on customer vehicles and advise service desk
- Import/domestic Dealership Experience is an asset
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Maintain cleanliness of service bays and equipment used and shop area generally
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have your own tools
- Motor Vehicle Inspector Certificate considered an asset
- Positive attitude and patience for fellow apprentices
- Able to work Saturdays
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.92-$47.61 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelson, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- Journeyman (preferred)
