As an **Intern, Customer Experience **, you will interact daily with pharmacists, patients and wholesalers, as well as our sales team in the divisions responsible for generic drugs in retail, corporate accounts, hospital establishments, care and biosimilars on product and supply issues. Throughout your internship, you will have a "buddy" who will facilitate your integration and answer many of your questions, in addition to the other team members of course. You will also have a bi-monthly or monthly meetings with the Manager, Customer Experience, to discuss your progress and your expectations. **Your Key Responsibilities**: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: - You will be a key contact for our customers, supporting them in particular at the level of order taking, in addition to responding to their concerns concerning, among other things, the status of their orders and the availability of our products - You will offer assistance to our sales representatives in order to support them in the various commercial initiatives requiring support from the supply chain team - You will coordinate actions in the event of a stock shortage with your colleagues from the various departments and customers, to ensure optimal deployment of stocks - You will be called upon to contribute to the transformation of our team, via the digitalization project of the customer experience, by supporting the project team in the various stages of adoption and training **What you’ll bring to the role**: - Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory.
