Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the school in collaboration with the executive team
- Develop and manage the school's budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team on the flight school's financial health and performance
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including safety and security protocols, environmental regulations, and employment laws
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for the flight school and make strategic recommendations to the executive team
- Oversee the daily operations of the flight school, including managing staff
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract new students
- Ensure that all students are satisfied with the school's operation
- Represent the flight school at industry conferences and events
**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
