**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
- Package meat products efficiently and attractively for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Assist customers with their inquiries regarding meat products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs for restocking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat items for various dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in meat cutting or butchering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in meat preparation is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
