Job description

The Northwood Club is a high-end boutique-style gym in the centre of Collingwood.
- ability to recognize Familiarity of physical fitness, wellness or gym equipment is an asset.
- understanding concepts of basic computer software, Google, Microsoft
- ability to lift gym weights and dumbells, to tidy

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check in Members, sell and process non-Member passes
- Address and resolve Member questions/issues
- Regular and consistent Club maintenance, ongoing tidy and some cleaning
- Provide support to Owners and Trainers, as req'd
- Special Projects for Owners

Start Date: immediately

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Afternoons/Evenings
- Weekends

**Summary**

As a Member Service Representative/Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and English proficiency will be essential in addressing inquiries and resolving issues. With premium skills in data entry and analysis, you will assist in maintaining accurate records and enhancing client interactions. Join our team to contribute to a welcoming and efficient service environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
