We are currently hiring for a **full-time, permanent float position** within the GTA. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others. As a Float Retail Associate, you will represent the DashVapes brand across multiple store locations and play a key role in supporting both customers and fellow team members.

**Important Notes**:

- **Reliable transportation is required**, as shifts will be scheduled across our locations in **Markham, Vaughan, Toronto, Mississauga, and Pickering**.
- **Training will take place at our Vaughan location.**:

- Your home office will be based in Markham, ON.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of vaping and e-cigarettes
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional, with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic computer use and online product research

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the POS system in accordance with company procedures
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection
- Stay informed on current promotions and product offerings
- Represent and uphold DashVapes' values and culture
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback

**Additional Info**:

- Schedule: 5 days per week, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (days off TBD)
- Compensation: Starting at **$17.20/hour**:

- Weekend availability required
- Eligible for company benefits (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after the probation period
