**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review bid documents and identify mandatory, rated, and financial requirements.
- Develop a structured response outline that aligns with evaluation criteria.
- Write, edit, and polish proposal narratives (management plans, quality assurance, safety, staffing, sustainability, etc.).
- Collaborate on or independently prepare financial and pricing sections (costing tables, justifications, assumptions).
- Ensure all forms, certifications, and supporting documents are complete and compliant.
- Conduct a final compliance and quality check before submission.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (3+ years) writing and winning government/public sector RFPs.
- Familiarity with MERX or similar Canadian procurement portals.
- Strong financial knowledge, ability to prepare or review pricing models and costing tables.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Industry knowledge in cleaning, facilities, construction, or service contracts is an asset.
