**Professional Requirements For Baker $21-23 per hour**
- A minimum of 2 years working experience as a baker, in a similar french bakery setting.
- Must have pastry/baking related certification or education background.
- Must experience use sheeter, & knowledgeable to make viennoiserie bake good.
Physical Qualifications:
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 20kg
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time while working.
Additional Qualifications:
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
- Ability to utilize time efficiently, understanding task priorities and being able to multitask
- Work independently
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
Health and Safety:
*Food Handler's Certification
*Demonstrate the ability to adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
